This is the first issue by Rogé of a projected complete cycle of Debussy's piano works, and it's a good indication that this might be the cycle to own. The piano playing is refined and atmospheric, never self-indulgent, clear and natural sounding. This is the only available version of Books 1 & 2 on one single cd with a timing of 79 minutes.
